Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Oxford / Swindon (Projects Across Oxfordshire & Wiltshire)
Salary: Competitive Salary + Package (DOE)

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the commercial delivery of construction projects valued up to £30m
* Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans and forecasts
* Overseeing subcontractor procurement, negotiation and appointment
* Managing valuations, variations, and interim payments
* Producing cost reports and financial updates for senior management
* Ensuring effective contract administration (JCT contracts)
* Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the commercial team where required

* Residential schemes
* Project values typically range up to £30 million
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor
* Experience delivering construction projects up to £30m
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
