We're excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our brand-new residential home for children and young people aged 8-18 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, based in Northampton.
About the Role
As our Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading a dynamic new team committed to delivering the highest standards of care. You'll be responsible for recruiting, guiding, and motivating staff as you work together to provide a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for vulnerable young people.
No two days will be the same — the role will come with its challenges, but it will always be rewarding and impactful.
What We're Looking For
* Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management
* Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a children's residential setting
* Previous management experience in a children's home is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation
* In-depth understanding of safeguarding procedures
* Energetic, confident, and inspiring leadership skills
* Proficient with computer systems and IT
* Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities
