**Location: Blenheim Rd, Ashbourne, DE6 1HA
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Shift: Twilight :Monday to Friday 16:45-01;15
Pay rate: £15.23**
We're looking for an experienced Line Controller to manage and motivate a team to achieve daily packing and processing targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a production team to meet output and quality targets.
* Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Quality standards.
* Monitor line performance, minimise downtime, and drive continuous improvement.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management on performance, issues, and targets.
* Organise labour, manage breaks, and ensure smooth shift handovers.
* Support and train team members to meet line and company requirements.
* Collaborate with other departments to maintain production flow and product quality.
* Complete KPI records and lead daily team briefings.
* Promote safe and environmentally responsible working practices.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing or supervising a production team.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Hands-on approach with a focus on results and efficiency.
* Flexible and proactive attitude.
