Overview
Do you have experience leading a team in a fast paced KPI driven environment within sales or a high workload customer service environment? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a successful insurance broking group that is owner led and offers a genuinely great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It is an exciting time to join them in their Stockton office as they have lots going on and big plans for the future. As part of these plans, they have been growing their business development team (which now sits at 8) and are looking for someone who can manage and lead this team forward.
Responsibilities
* Manage the telesales team, monitor team and individual performance, set weekly and monthly sales targets, compile and present reports, and lead by example where necessary.
* Call and secure prospects and report into the Head of Sales & Marketing of the group.
* Plan for growth to 12 team members over the next 6 months, including recruitment of new staff and involvement in interviewing and decision making on hires.
Salary and Hours
Salary on offer is £35-40k basic plus bonus (circa £5k pa). Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with flexitime options (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm).
