Contract Type: Permanent, Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Closing Date: 23:59 on 22/05/2026, Salary: £25,092.00 to £28,783.00 depending on your skills, knowledge and experience, Location: Newcastle, Interviews: 2nd of June in-person at our Newcastle Centre.


Responsibilities

* Take the lead in welcoming, training, and managing a group of delivery partners and volunteers to ensure exceptional experiences for young people.
* Assist delivery partners and volunteers in bringing the Trust's programmes to life through training, resources, qualifications and guidance.
* Serve as a compliance point of contact to keep delivery partners and volunteers up to speed with all necessary policies.
* Act as a go‑to person for minor concerns or issues that arise.
* Meticulously record information and data on young people, volunteers or partners, ensuring accuracy and alignment with funding contracts and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion goals.
* Facilitate best‑practice sharing, energise networking sessions and organise end‑of‑programme celebrations.
* Lead sessions with young people when the moment requires it.
* Travel within the local area to support programme delivery.


Qualifications

* Background in education or a strong understanding of the education system is an advantage.
* Strong communicator with sharp problem‑solving skills.
* Creative and able to transform ordinary moments into unforgettable events.
