Responsibilities: We resolve IT helpdesk tickets and support staff and students with IT-related queries. We provide remote and onsite IT support to ensure the smooth running of school computer systems. We support schools through their IT Development Plan and help deliver improvements across our trust. We support, guide, and train staff members in the use of ICT. We diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software to keep systems running effectively. We install and configure new IT equipment purchased through school development plans. We manage classroom equipment such as computers, audio/visual systems, and classroom safety-related technology. We implement and support IT projects that improve school networks across our trust. We manage and monitor systems for issues and take action to resolve them. We work with third-party providers for core equipment and services. We support trust-wide projects across our schools. We keep our work environment tidy and well organised.
