We're seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. You'll ensure high-quality care, safeguard young people, and manage staff, budgets, and day-to-day operations. Key Duties: Ensure safe, nurturing environment Lead and support staff team Manage care plans, compliance & home operations Work with external agencies & families Requirements? 2 years' experience managing a children's home, supporting people with complex needs in a supervisory of teams capacity.
