Junior Development Manager - Construction
Are you looking to build your career in construction development? We're looking for a Junior Development Manager to join our growing team and support the delivery of exciting development projects from early feasibility through to handover.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting project managers with day‑to‑day coordination
* Helping with feasibility studies, planning applications, and due diligence
* Attending site visits and tracking project progress
* Preparing reports, minutes, tender documents, and project updates
* Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
What we’re looking for
* A degree in construction, project management, engineering, real estate, or similar
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Experience or internships in construction/development (desirable, not essential)
