As the Global CRM Data Strategy & Journey Planner, you’ll partner with CRM stakeholders to deliver smart, insight-led campaigns that drive customer engagement and maximize ROI. You’ll architect customer journeys that are highly personalized, data-driven, and optimized through continuous testing and learning—all aligned with our business and departmental OKRs. Key Responsibilities You’ll lead the charge in transforming data into meaningful customer experiences: Strategy & Journey Planning: Own the data, targeting, and analytics behind our CRM strategy. Design and optimize customer journeys across the lifecycle. Audience Creation: Use advanced segmentation tools to build precise, relevant audiences for global and local campaigns. Insights & Analytics: Influence campaign strategy with robust analytics. Champion best practices and process improvements to elevate CRM performance. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage Data Cloud, analytics platforms, and customer insights to drive personalization and dynamic content. Campaign Execution: Support daily build of automated and standalone campaigns, collaborating on creative content and ensuring alignment with global objectives. Tool Proficiency: Use SFMC, HTML, SQL, AMPscript, and emerging tech like MovableInk to build and optimize campaigns. Cross-Channel Support: Ensure consistency and quality across email, SMS, and app touchpoints. Compliance & QA: Ensure all campaigns meet global regulatory standards and pass rigorous QA checks.
