Job Description:
We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst with sharp analytical skills, stakeholder finesse, and a track record in driving business transformation across commercial or sales-focused IT environments.
You’ll be joining a high-impact digital change initiative within a large-scale enterprise environment — helping shape solutions that support commercial operations and CRM systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Translate business requirements into functional outcomes and solution designs.
* Engage cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial, and IT.
* Support the delivery of transformation programs across CRM and sales platforms.
What You’ll Bring:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects.
* Background in commercial, CRM, or sales-related IT systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics).
* Excellent stakeholder management and business process documentation skills.
* Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
* Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and analytical thinking skills.
