As a pivotal part of the onsite team, you will ensure all customers are supported and strong relationships with suppliers are maintained. The ideal candidate will be from a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background, have excellent customer service skills and a self-motivated and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the growth and development of our business by delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
2. Making outbound calls in line with company campaigns
3. Preparing and submitting timely quotes via email, telephone, or hard copy
4. Proactively following up on customer enquiries to generate and build profitable orders
5. Developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and potential customers
6. Tracking, progressing and chasing incoming product orders
7. Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, including entering sales orders onto our system and maintaining a customer database
8. Playing your part in face-to-face customer visits as required
Skills & Experience:
9. Proven customer service experience and ideally a background in Engineering, Distribution/MRO
10. Proficiency in using office IT applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
11. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
12. A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
13. A good standard of personal presentation
