We're looking for a dynamic Contract Finance Manager to join our team and take financial ownership of two high-profile contracts in the South region, including the second-largest Soft FM NHS contract managed by Medirest. This is a pivotal, high-impact role with dual office locations - our Head Office in Chertsey and on-site at the Trust Hospital, with travel between both as business needs arise. What You'll Be Doing You will act as a strategic business partner to the Contract Director, providing insight and challenge to drive cost-effectiveness, service improvement, and commercial growth. You'll lead a team of 4 on-site finance professionals, ensuring both development and delivery across a wide range of financial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of P&L and balance sheet reporting Lead monthly reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis Manage contract risk, working capital, and financial performance Support client tenders and capital expenditure appraisals Drive working capital improvements and net growth opportunities Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels What We're Looking For Essential: Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with extensive finance experience Strong business partnering skills - able to influence and challenge High attention to detail, advanced Excel, and analytical capability Commercial mindset with proven ability to improve business outcomes Confident communicator across finance and non-finance teams Team management and mentoring experience Desirable: Experience in multi-site/multi-contract environments Knowledge of SAP & Cognos Why Join Us?
