Salary - Circa £25,000/£26,000 plus commission
We're supporting a growing business who are looking for a dedicated and confident Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting a busy sales function and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes with absolutely no cold calling involved.
What you'll be doing
* Managing incoming sales leads and ensuring they're followed up on promptly
* Preparing and sending out quotes to customers
* Building strong rapport with clients and providing excellent customer service
* Supporting the sales team with day‑to‑day administration
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
* Handling email and phone enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
* Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
What we're looking for
* A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with customers
* Someone dedicated, reliable and able to build strong working relationships
* Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
* Previous experience in administration or sales support is beneficial
