We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacy technician to complete our friendly team. You will develop skills in a range of areas rotating across the Epsom and St Helier sites.
Main Duties of the Job
The post is cross‑site and rotational, with four months in each area. You will spend time in medicines management, carrying out medicines reconciliations and working closely with the multidisciplinary team, as well as in the in‑patient/out‑patient pharmacy, dispensing and counselling patients.
There is one post available and the progression pathway is from band 4 to 5. Development is supported but not automatic, and vacancy‑led.
Applicants must have BTEC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services and must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. ACPT and/or MOP would be a great advantage.
The post includes participation in weekends (7 days), bank holidays and late duty rotas.
