We are currently recruiting for multiple Hearing Aid Audiologist positions across the UK. While the post may specify Manchester as our Head Office, you can be based anywhere in the UK to apply for this position.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will deliver customer care and audiology services, including:
* Administering hearing tests and assessing client needs
* Providing aftercare services
* Managing the clinic with support from a Customer Care Coordinator
* Ensuring high-quality, professional service
* Building relationships with stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with guidelines
* Planning clinic diary to meet objectives
* Meeting KPIs and addressing underperformance

* Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC
* Exceptional customer care skills
* Commercial awareness
* Strong computer literacy
* Action-oriented and analytical
* Effective communicator
* Numerate and organized
* Driven and persistent
Desirable Skills
* Full driving license
* Proven commercial experience
Additional Information
Travel within the area is required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK/EU without restrictions. This position does not support UK Visa Sponsorship.
