The Role:
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations Coordinator to join our core team. This is a varied, full-time position where no two days are the same. This role is crucial in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently, coordinating project logistics. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving working, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
* Keeping everything organised and on track and dealing and communicating with any issues or delays that may arise
* Provide excellent customer service when handling enquiries from clients, suppliers, and staff both by telephone and written communication.
* Arranging materials, skips, scaffold for multiple works
* Keeping customers updated every step of the way
* Daily communication with Operations Manager
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role is essential (construction/roofing experience is a big plus)
Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual
Confident communicator - excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities where needed.
Able to handle pressure and the occasional tricky customer
Willing to learn and grow with the business and be a key contributing team member

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
