My client, an award-winning independent agent, islooking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team in Gravesend.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.
Working Hours
* 8 : 45am – 6 : 30pm Monday to Thursday
* Early finish on Fridays
* Alternate Saturdays 9 : 30am - 4pm with 1 lieu day per month
Compensation & Benefits
* Basic salary of £25,000
* OTE of £40,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities
* Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
* Will ideally have experience with valuations and Listings.
* Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions
* Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing.
* Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
* Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible.
* Managing a portfolio of property listings for sale.
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
* Being a senior figure in the team.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role
* A Full Driving Licence.
* Experience with listings is desired but not essential.
