As we seek to develop our already outstanding school, we are looking for motivated, ambitious, and highly skilled individuals who wish to enter teaching. We offer a paid position where you will 'learn to teach on the job' in supportive and stimulating environments, along with a weekly training day delivered by our outstanding and experienced practitioners.
School Overview
Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Academy with outstanding outcomes. We are part of the Kemnal Academies Trust, offering excellent career progression and bespoke CPD experiences. Many of our middle and senior leaders began their careers with us.
Training and Development
You will train through the 'School Direct' system, an employment-based route into teaching leading to QTS and potentially a PGCE. You will be employed by the school, with training taking place on-site. Once qualified, we offer an ECT Programme, mentoring, and support for leadership progression.
