We're seeking a full-time Manager to join our team at our Newcastle stores, with a schedule of 40 hours spread across 5 days per week and a starting salary of £27,500 plus bonuses and a salary plan. As a manager, you'll take charge, actively engaging in tasks such as food preparation, operating the till, handling delivery orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the dining areas. Your role will involve maintaining top-notch standards of quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the venue, while also motivating your team to provide friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service.
What will I do
· Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction.
· Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures.
· Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive manager.
