Business Support & Recruitment Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment and general business administration. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.


Responsibilities

* Support day‑to‑day business operations and administrative tasks.
* Assist with recruitment campaigns, including candidate sourcing and screening.
* Learn and develop skills in talent acquisition, end‑to‑end recruitment and business support.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and excellent service.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Assist with projects and employee engagement initiatives.
* Serve as an approachable and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications

* Great attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Trustworthy, professional and confidential.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proactive, flexible and solutions focused.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
* Calm under pressure.
* Some experience in administration or recruitment is helpful, but not essential.
* Recent graduates or individuals early in their career are welcome to apply.

This role may initially be office based with a view to becoming hybrid, working a minimum of 3 days on site and 2 days at home per week.
