We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Duct Fitters and Duct Mates for a long-term project based in Hemel Hempstead.

Role Details
Positions: Duct Fitter & Duct Mate
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8-10 months
Pay Rates
Duct Fitter: £28.00 per hour
Duct Mate: £16.90 per hour
Requirements
Duct Fitter:
Valid Blue CSCS Card (Duct Installation)
Proven experience in ductwork installation
Own tools and full PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duct Mate:
Valid Green CSCS Card
Previous site experience preferred
Full PPE
Strong work ethic and willingness to assist skilled trades
Duties Include
Installation of ductwork systems to specification
Assisting with fitting and assembly
Reading and interpreting drawings (for fitters)
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting site team to meet deadlines
