Package: Competitive base salary Performance-related bonus Hybrid working flexibility International travel opportunities Private healthcare and company benefits Office: Knightsbridge, Central London Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Duties: Lead and execute the studio’s business development strategy across key markets Identify and convert new business opportunities in luxury residential and commercial sectors Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and high-level client meetings Nurture and expand relationships with UHNWIs, developers, architects, and collaborators Work closely with the senior leadership team to align growth plans with creative vision Oversee marketing, PR, and partnership activity to support commercial objectives Produce regular market insight reports and pipeline updates Requirements: Proven experience in business development within interior design, property, architecture, or luxury goods Strong network of high-end clients and industry contacts Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial and proactive approach A passion for luxury design and an ability to represent a prestigious brand with confidence Willingness to travel internationally when required
