This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in ocean freight imports and customs clearance to become part of a busy and growing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ocean import shipments from origin through to final delivery, ensuring all operational, customs, and customer service requirements are met. This role requires someone who has a thorough understanding of the end-to-end ocean import process, strong customs entry experience, and the ability to build effective relationships with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and transport providers. Key Responsibilities: Manage ocean import shipments from start to finish. Complete and submit customs entries accurately and in line with HMRC requirements.
