We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a global leader in healthcare and play a pivotal role in aligning the people strategy with ambitious business transformation goals. Responsibilities
* Execute and refine the HR strategy to align with key business transformation and organizational goals.
* Partner with senior leaders to foster an inclusive, dynamic, and high-performing organizational culture.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting a supportive workplace.
* Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on attracting and onboarding top talent to support transformation.
* Collaborate with managers to identify and address training and development needs to align with business priorities.
* Drive talent development and succession planning to ensure readiness for future leadership roles.
* Champion a culture of high performance through goal-setting, feedback, and recognition initiatives.
* Manage large-scale transitions and organizational changes with a strategic and hands-on approach.
Required Skills
* Extensive experience in HR, including partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced, complex environments such as Pharma, FMCG, or Healthcare.
* Proven leadership potential, with aspirations to grow into an HR Director role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with expertise in conflict resolution and project management.
* Experience driving strategic business transformation and managing change at an organizational level.
* Familiarity with the Reading market and surrounding regions is highly valued.
