Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for managing NPI projects from conception to completion Top 3 Things to Know About this Job: 4 day working week Monday to Thursday Excellent team culture Well known for innovation The Role Lead and manage multiple NPI projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery. Translate customer drawings and specifications into manufacturing data. Develop bills of materials and product structures for manufacturing. Create operator build instructions and process documentation for production teams. Assign process times and select the most efficient manufacturing processes to maximise productivity. Provide technical support for customisations of existing product designs and build-to-print products. Ensure all documentation aligns with the requirements of ISO 9001 standards.
