The responsibilities of a Panel Beater / Multiskilled Technician will include:
11. Restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, including panel replacements and repairs
12. Car bodywork repairs, operations, and finishing to high standards
13. Undertaking mechanical, electrical, and general repair tasks as required
14. Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair methods
15. Working in line with manufacturer standards and safety protocols
16. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
17. Collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity and quality targets
The ideal individual for the Panel Beater / Multiskilled Technician role will possess:
18. Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Body Repair Technician, or Multiskilled Technician within accident repair
19. Strong body repair skills and experience with panel alignment and filler work
20. Knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems is advantageous
21. Welding experience is preferred but not essential
22. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
23. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
24. Relevant NVQ, ATA, or equivalent qualifications are desirable; support is available to achieve or renew certifications
25. Full UK driving licence
