Join a leading construction company as its Marketing Creative Lead and take charge of a major company-wide rebrand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own the brand’s visual identity and elevate the creative output across every channel. Fully on-site in Farringdon, Monday–Friday.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and deliver a full visual rebrand across digital, print and physical spaces
* Own the brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoint
* Run creative audits and brand workshops to shape tone, positioning and direction
* Build brand guidelines and a centralised digital asset library
* Manage agencies, freelancers and creative partners
* Design standout marketing materials—brochures, social assets, signage, presentations and more
* Oversee website and social visuals, supporting UX and design improvements
* Curate photography, video and all visual assets
* Review and approve creative output to maintain high standards
* Juggle multiple projects while keeping quality, timelines and budgets on track
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in a creative or brand-led marketing role
* A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and multi-channel design
* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
* A sharp visual eye and exceptional attention to detail
* Experience leading creative projects, including rebrands
