What will you do?
* Manage sales, enquiries, and coordinate delivery processes for internal events and all non-matchday business
* Manage telephone sales communication and updating the booking system as required
* Ensure event information is detailed accurately to maximise sales opportunity and revenue, maximising profit margins proactively by up-selling food, beverage, and other items, exceeding sales targets and KPI’s while supporting excellent guest experiences
* Assist the preparation of detailed event schedules and function sheets
* Lead weekly team meetings with the delivery and catering teams, discussing operational requirements including detailed function sheets, floor plans, dietary requirements, schedules, and other event details
* Produce accurate and timely contracts and pre-payment invoices
More about you
* 1-3 years’ experience, with experience in sales and event coordination as beneficial
* No degree required
* Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, IT literacy, attention to detail and quality, and identifying guest and client focus
