Key Responsibilities
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of a lively JD Wetherspoon front-of-house team, setting the pace, leading by example, and inspiring your team to achieve their best every day. You'll:

Requirements
- Proven experience in roles such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Front of House Manager, or a similar leadership position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
