Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer We are currently seeking graduates who are interested in pursuing a professional career within the recruitment industry. You will gain exposure to each stage within the recruitment cycle, allowing you the opportunity to progress into a Consultant role. Add to this a forensic delivery focus and you can see how we have created an enviable track record of growth and success. The Role As a Resourcer your role will be initially candidate focused. You will be involved in working closely with the Consultants running multiple projects from inception to completion, this will involve interacting with a wide range of candidates to fulfil our external clients needs. You will be required to hold strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of projects. Day to day responsibilities include: Identifying and qualifying candidates you find through job boards, our internal database, and social media within your market area Developing and building upon our relationships with candidates Posting job advertisements Telephone screenings Face to face interviews Networking for referrals and headhunting Managing the interview feedback process Candidate meetings Negotiating and closing offers Candidate Requirements Superb communication and presentation skills, written and verbal Confident, articulate and with an excellent telephone manner Outgoing personality with a sense of humour Ability to work well in a team We prefer candidates with broad interests outside of work and specific hobbies about which they are passionate Competitive, ambitious, career minded and money motivated An entrepreneurial attitude with a commercial mindset Ability to problem solve and think on your feet The Rewards Recruitment is a work hard play hard environment, and because of this we offer a variety of rewards for our staff.
