We require a legal secretary to join us in our Private Client department, which deals with matters including Trusts, Estates administration, Will drafting, Powers of Attorney. We are ideally situated for public transport and are seeking an efficient and enthusiastic legal secretary tosupport our Private Client department by providing accurate and proactive legal administrative support, including audio typing, document preparation etc. Key responsibilities: Audio typing and word processing, filing, photocopying and printing, preparation of correspondence/forms Organising the file management system, including maintaining the relevant paper/electronic filing systems and archiving Any other tasks which may reasonably be required from time to time Key skills and knowledge: Excellent word-processing and attention to detail Excellent telephone manner
