• Ecommerce Trading Executive
• £32,000 – £38,000 + bonus
• Royston, Hertfordshire | Hybrid (40 hours per week)

The Ecommerce Trading Executive will own the day-to-day trading performance across the website and app, ensuring a seamless, engaging and commercially optimised customer journey.
Role Highlights
– Own and manage the ecommerce trading calendar, including launches and campaigns
– Enhance on-site journeys to improve conversion and customer experience
– Analyse trading and campaign performance using analytics tools
– Oversee product merchandising, ensuring accuracy and strong visual presentation
– Collaborate with marketing, CRM and digital teams to deliver joined-up campaigns
You Will Need
– Experience within an ecommerce or online retail environment
– Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer-first outcomes
– Confidence using analytics tools and interpreting performance data
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
