Youll play a crucial role in helping people live at home and supporting them to lead better lives. Your work will have a direct impact on improving the quality of life for individuals in needincluding supporting the NHS, hospitals and care homes to deliver essential services.
What Youll Do:
* Deliver and install medical equipment across central Edinburgh.
* Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
* Liaise with service centres and customers to ensure smooth operations.
* Service and repair Drive DeVilbiss and competitor products
* Plan daily tasks for maximum efficiency
* Travel and stay away from home when required
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Handle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols
* Maintain van stock and complete accurate paperwork
* Participate in the on-call rota
What Were Looking For:
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Manual handling and driving skills full UK driving license required
* Emotional resilience when working with vulnerable customers
* Understanding of infection control and inventory management
* Familiarity with LOLER regulations and service administration
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in field service or technical roles (healthcare preferred but not essential).
* A proactive, can-do attitude.
Desirable (Training Provided):
* PAT Testing
* First Aid
* Fire Warden certification
