We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading automotive dealer groups, now looking for a skilled Business Managerwith a background in high volume, prestige vehicle sales to strengthen their sales team. Key Responsibilities for the Business Manager:
3. Drive the sale of finance and insurance products to customers
4. Monitor and improve finance & insurance penetration rates
5. Support and coach the Sales Executive team to maximise performance
6. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company processes
7. Deliver excellent customer service, fostering loyalty and referrals
What We’re Looking For in a Business Manager?
8. Solid experience in finance and insurance sales within the motor trade
9. Strong knowledge of FCA compliance and regulations
10. Proven ability to supervise and manage the sales process
11. Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
12. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
13. Full UK driving licence essential
