This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them reach their full potential in a supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities. Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with children with SEN (in school or similar setting). A patient, nurturing, and supportive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development. Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN (desirable but not essential).
