A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Cheshire.

Purpose of the role
* To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service.
* You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
