Review monthly consolidated management accounts and board packs, providing detailed profit and loss analysis as well as insightful variance commentary for senior stakeholders. Challenge and review key balance sheet reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial data across all entities within the Group. Collaborate closely with the wider finance team to streamline group reporting processes, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Contribute actively to group-wide projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing financial controls, reporting standards, and operational efficiency. Support treasury functions by assisting in cash flow forecasting activities that underpin robust financial planning across the organisation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of reporting and controls, identifying opportunities for automation or enhanced accuracy. Assist in budgeting and reforecasting cycles by providing reliable data analysis and supporting scenario planning exercises for leadership teams.
