Location: Warrington Full-time
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 dependant on experience

The Role
As our new Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in delivering an effective, compliant and forward-thinking recruitment strategy for Dedicated fleet, ensuring the timely attraction and selection of high-quality Class 1 Drivers and other permanent employees.

Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Resourcer
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand current and future needs and advising on hiring and screening approaches.
* Creating clear, compliant and engaging job adverts.
* Proactively sourcing candidates via social media, databases and direct outreach.
* Screen CVs and applications and conduct initial candidate outreach.
* Conducting interviews at multiple stages including initial telephone screening and joining hiring managers during the interview process.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
* Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
* Support Transport Managers with driver resourcing planning to ensure a reliable service is provided to customers.
About You We're looking for someone who brings:
* Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Agency Recruiter or a in a similar role. Experience recruiting within logistics, driving, warehouse or operational environments desirable.
* Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle. Experience with various interview formats; applicant tracking systems and CV databases.
* Proactive and target driven mindset.
* Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with candidates via phone or online.
* Good organisational skills.
* Awareness of market trends and associated recruitment approaches.
