📍 Tonbridge (Office-Based) - Covering Kent

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and personable Resident Liaison Officer to join a well‑established and growing organisation delivering essential works across Kent. This is an office‑based role in Tonbridge with regular travel across the region, offering a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer‑focused environment.
The Role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams, and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, keeping them informed of upcoming works and timelines
* Act as the main point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and feedback
* Coordinate access to properties and support site teams with scheduling
* Provide regular updates and ensure residents are aware of any changes or disruptions
* Manage complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and project updates
* Support the delivery of works in line with health & safety and customer service standards
About You
* Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or customer‑facing role within housing, construction, or property services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
