Down, BT32 3QD Hours | Monday- Friday 8am – 5pm Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience Responsible to | Travel Co-Ordinator What You'll be Doing This role involves managing front-of-house reception duties by welcoming visitors, handling calls, and maintaining a tidy reception and meeting space, while also overseeing administrative tasks such as post distribution, ordering office and kitchen supplies, and managing meeting room bookings. It includes supporting travel coordination by arranging bookings, tracking budgets, and maintaining records, as well as handling company credit card updates and payment approvals. The position also supports internal communications, such as employee announcements and celebrations, and provides general administrative assistance across departments as needed.
