At Team Educate we are working closely with a nursery setting in the Bristol area, looking to recruit a Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. You will play a vital role in supporting children aged 0-5 during their most crucial developmental stages. There are full‑time or part‑time hours available.
Duties Of a Nursery Practitioner
 * Supporting the learning and development of children through planned and child‑initiated activities
 * Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children to explore and grow
 * Observing and tracking children’s progress in line with EYFS guidelines
 * Building strong relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
 * Assisting with daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and sleep schedules
 * Supporting children with additional needs where necessary
Experience And Requirements
 * Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
 * A good understanding of the EYFS framework
 * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
 * Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
The Role
 * Position: Unqualified Nursery Practitioner
 * Duration: Full Time or Part Time
 * Pay Rate: £13-£15 per hour
 * Start Date: ASAP
