Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in King's Lynn. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and executing maintenance and repair tasks for air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. The role requires a hands-on approach, working on-site to ensure efficient system performance and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
* Experience in field service and hands-on technical support
* Proficiency in maintenance and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to diverse environments
* Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in HVAC or related fields are advantageous
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for on-site work
