Your Role
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday
* Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm (with minor variation depending on the weekday)
* Deliver and support small group and one-to-one learning activities under teacher guidance
* Provide emotional and behavioural support tailored to the needs of each student
* Assist in planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
* Support students with autism and SEMH both in and out of the classroom
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and external agencies
