Job Title: Credit Controller
Power NI, part of Energia Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller based in Belfast. This full-time, permanent role involves negotiating with customers to offer suitable repayment options and working within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions for each individual.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage proactively with domestic customers facing difficulties paying energy bills via inbound and outbound calls.
2. Negotiate repayment options and solutions tailored to customer needs.
3. Maintain excellent communication, demonstrating empathy and understanding customer concerns.
4. Set clear boundaries and expectations, seeking support and feedback when necessary.
About You:
* Experience handling difficult conversations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications.
