Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is seeking an internal Customer Account Manager near Newton Abbot. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in retail, hospitality management, or customer care management, and offers the opportunity to gain an on-the-job degree. Key Duties:
* Build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to senior leaders.
* Work closely with the Manager to achieve business objectives.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to cross-sell, up-sell, and handle queries.
