Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a trusted and quality interior fit outs business, who are currently on the look out for either a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of all of our commercial projects, working with junior members of staff and getting involved in the pre-tender side of the business.

What are we looking for?
* Proven Quantity Surveying / Estimating experience working for a similar fit out business on a commercial basis.
* Ideally, a RICS or CIOB membership
* Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
* Manage project budgets, contracts, and variations
* Collaborate with design and PM teams
* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
* Monitor costs, forecast spend, and ensure profitability
