Property Manager – Benefits
* £27,000 basic salary
* OTE £30,000 (uncapped commission)
* Monday to Friday only
* Parking provided
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Support with industry qualifications
Property Manager – Duties
* Managing a portfolio of managed residential units
* Booking and carrying out property inspections and check outs
* Oversee repairs and safety checks
* Process end of tenancy administration and deposit returns
* Liaise with both Landlords and tenants
* Ensure compliance across the portfolio
* Work with the wider Lettings team
Property Manager – Experience Needed:
* Experience in property management required
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
* Self-motivated, with a genuine interest in property and people
* A team player who can also work independently
* Full UK driving licence and own car
