We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised E-Bike business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £12.50 per hour. The role of Collections Driver is based in Nottingham.
You don't need any experience, however you will preferably come from and engineering or mechanical background; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! First Call Contract Services are an employer of choice for candidates from many backgrounds, such as delivery driver, warehouse, customer service, support worker, retail associate, cleaner and many more.
About You
* Able to work alone and use own initiative
* Be confident driving a long wheel based sprinter van through the busy streets of Nottingham
* Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 30kg on a frequent basis required
* Ability to operate a mobile device including having knowledge of in app based workflows. iOS experience preferred
* Good communicator with the ability to read and follow instructions
* Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others teamwork is key to success!
* Full, clean UK Driving License
What You'll Do As Collections Driver In Nottingham
* Ensure operational compliance and safety of all electric vehicles
* Drive from location to location to complete tasks
* Collecting and Deploying E-Bikes
* Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse
* Maximise the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks assigned
* Identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
* Safely operate a pallet jack and/or push cart on a frequent basis
* Additional job related tasks as assigned
* Receive additional training to become a great mechanic!
All shifts for Collections Driver are 14:00-22:00 and the below shift patterns are available.
* Tuesday to Saturday
