We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bradley Stoke looking for an Early Years Teacher to join their team from September.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity in a supportive school with a strong focus on early development, child-centred learning, and creating a positive start to school life. The role
As the Early Years Teacher, you’ll:
* Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework
* Support children’s development across communication, literacy, numeracy and social skills
* Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
* Observe and assess progress to support individual learning and development
* Work closely with support staff to ensure every child feels included and supported

We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience teaching within EYFS
* Understands the importance of play-based and child-led learning
* Creates engaging and structured learning experiences
* Builds strong relationships with pupils and families
* Is committed to supporting every child’s development and wellbeing
