We're currently recruiting a dedicated Part-Time Commis Chef/Cook to help ensure the smooth running of operations within Restaurant Associates on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. This role will involve working across a variety of venues including M Shed Museum, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, City Hall.

Key responsibilities
• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and service to a high standard
• Assisting in delivering a consistent, high class food offer in line with company and brand standards
• Providing cover for evening events as required
• Supporting café service at weekends when needed
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well organised kitchen environment
• Following food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times
